If your request is approved and your $499 authorization is successfully completed before 8:00 PM Eastern Time on a Site Before Night business day, the next business day will ordinarily become your Build Day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding observed holidays.

Build Day is the scheduled day we focus on preparing your Site Before Night website. Our normal business-day window is 8:00 AM through 8:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding observed holidays.

How the Timing Works

Authorization Completed

If your approved $499 authorization is successfully completed before 8:00 PM on a business day, that authorization is treated as received that day.

Next Day

Your Build Day Begins

The next applicable business day ordinarily becomes your Build Day, beginning at 8:00 AM Eastern Time.

By 8 PM

Your Staged Website Is Delivered

We send you a staged website link where you can review the initial professional website we prepared for your business.

What If I Authorize Later?

After 8:00 PM, weekends, and holidays: the authorization is treated as received on the next business day, and Build Day ordinarily becomes the business day following that.

Your $499 is authorized before we build, but it is not ordinarily captured yet.
We build from the information and materials submitted during onboarding.
Your website is delivered first on a staged preview address for review.
The streamlined service provides a professional initial website, not unlimited custom development or data entry.

Then Your 48-Hour Review Begins

Your review period begins when we send the staged website delivery email. From that moment, you have 48 literal hours to approve the website, request reasonable light modifications within the original scope, or reject it. A modification request does not restart or extend the original 48-hour review period unless Site Before Night specifically agrees to an extension in writing. Full terms are available in the Website Service Agreement.

After Your Build Day

Review It. Approve It. We Launch It. Then You Make It Yours.

The staged website gives you a real website to review before the $499 build fee is captured. Once the review process is complete, we finish the account setup, connect your domain, and get your accepted website online.

Review Your Website

You have 48 literal hours from the delivery email to inspect the staged website and respond.

Step 2

Approve or Respond

Approve it, request reasonable light modifications, or reject it before the review period expires.

Step 3

Complete Hosting Setup

Once accepted and the $499 build fee is captured, recurring managed hosting and technical support are set up at $49 per month.

Step 4

We Launch It

After required account setup is complete, we connect the accepted website to your production domain and get it online.

If You Approve

Approval authorizes us to capture the $499 build fee. Your $49-per-month managed hosting and technical-support service is then established, with the first recurring charge normally scheduled about 30 days after acceptance and capture. We complete the production launch and provide your applicable website login information and getting-started resources.

If You Reject

If you properly reject the staged website during the 48-hour review period, we cancel the project and release the uncaptured $499 authorization. Because the funds were never captured, there is no build fee to refund.

What If You Don't Respond?

If the 48-hour review period expires without a timely approval, modification request, or rejection, the website is considered accepted under the Website Service Agreement. The $499 build fee may then be captured, recurring hosting setup completed, and the website moved toward production launch. After launch, you can continue making ordinary content updates yourself while Site Before Night provides managed hosting and technical support.
